Biography
Alan believes in the healing power of authentic connection, self-awareness, and compassion. His therapeutic approach is rooted in the
humanistic tradition, emphasizing each person's innate capacity for
growth and emotional resilience. Alan works collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding and foster meaningful relationships.
Integrating mindfulness practices into sessions, Alan guides clients in cultivating present moment awareness and inner stillness,
helping them manage stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity. Alan also incorporate the use of essential oils as a complementary tool to
support emotional grounding, relaxation, and holistic well-being,
offering a sensory dimension to healing that honors both mind and
body.
Alan’s ultimate goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where
individuals feel seen, heard and empowered to heal.
