Katy is a masters level clinician who enjoys working with clients in different stages of life with a wide variety of clinical concerns. She utilizes a holistic and strengths-based approach, and she enjoys bringing practices of mindfulness to her work. Katy believes people already possess an inner wisdom that can be uncovered within the safety and support of a therapeutic relationship.

She strives to approach each client where they are without judgment and a compassionate curiosity that honors their unique experience.
