> Symmetry Counseling is a trauma-informed therapy practice in Nashville, Tennessee, specializing in EMDR, Brainspotting, and evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Founded in 2012, we provide compassionate, whole-person healing through individual, couples, family, and group therapy—both in-person and virtually.

We are an out-of-network practice with 22+ experienced therapists serving the Nashville community. Our approach integrates multiple modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, CBT, and more. We specialize in trauma therapy, women's mental health, aging and older adults support, caregiver counseling, and relationship therapy.
